Joplin Fire Department receives new fire attack hoses and nozzles

The Joplin Fire Department has taken delivery of new fire attack hose and nozzles for all front line and reserve fire apparatus. 

The new hose and nozzles are replacing aged equipment as well as providing increased water flow and greater maneuverability. 

This new equipment was purchased with funds from the FY22-23 budget approved by city leaders. Crews are currently training with the new equipment and plan to have it in service by spring.
