(From the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation)On the evening of January 5, 2024, the Miami, Oklahoma Police Department requested the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to assist with a homicide.
During the investigation, OSBI special agents determined that there was an altercation between multiple individuals near Second Avenue NE and H Street in Miami. That incident led to the shooting and death of 27-year-old Matthew Vincent Locastro.
Based on the information and evidence gathered, an arrest warrant was issued for 34-year-old Travis Christian Wilbur. On January 26, Wilbur was located and arrested on a First-Degree Murder charge. He was booked into the Craig County Jail.
