01/18/2024 Officer was contacted regarding a house in the 100 block of E. 15th St that had been burglarized. Investigation continues.
01/18/2024 Officer made an arrest on a Possession of a Controlled Substance warrant out of Barton County.
01/20/2024 Officers responded to the 800 block of Poplar for a past tense assault. One person was transported to the Barton County Jail. Probable Cause statement was sent to the Barton County Prosecuting Attorney’s office for consideration of charges of Assault Domestic 3rd Degree.
01/20/2024 Officers responded to a domestic disturbance call in the 100 block of Poplar St. Parties were advised to separate for the evening.
01/20/2024 Officer was dispatched to WalMart for a report of a theft not in progress. One person was issued a citation for stealing and both were trespassed from the store.
