A Bella Vista, Arkansas woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident 6:20 p.m. Monday on I-44 two and a half miles west of Sarcoxie.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt driven by Justin K. Hamlin, 50, Carl Junction, merged onto I-44 and struck a 2006 Toyota Scion XXB driven by Chase M. Barry, 21, Bella Vista.
The Barry vehicle went off the right side of the roadway and overturned. The Hamlin vehicle went into the median and struck a guardrail.
A passenger in the Barry vehicle, Abigail LaFountaine, 21, Bella Vista, was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
