(From Joplin Schools)Lights, camera, action... Franklin Tech High School students rocked the show at the regional Southern Media Showcase earlier this week!
The audio and video students took home 14 awards from the competition, and were up against more than 350 video and audio entries in the competition from 13 surrounding schools.
This annual regional competition allows our creative high schoolers to showcase their skills in various media formats including news packages, music production, podcasts, Photoshop, commercials, films and more.
We couldn't be prouder of their achievements and the way they represented our district on this prestigious platform.
Congratulations to all the participants for their hard work, and to JETHD Joplin Eagles Television teachers Mr. Douglas and Mr. Smith on their expert encouragement and guidance.
