Three Joplin children were injured in a one-vehicle accident 12 p.m. Sunday on Highway C two miles west of Milford.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a westbound vehicle turned into the path of a 2020 Kia Sedona driven by Mitchel D. Wear, 29, Joplin, which swerved to avoid it, traveled off the roadway and struck an embankment and a utility pole.
A 3-year-old, 4-year-old girl and 6-year-old boy, were treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
