(From the City of Joplin)Beginning at 7:00 AM on Monday, April 22, 4th Street will be closed to traffic at the Railroad crossing between Murphy Blvd and Grand Avenue. This closure is occurring for a railroad contractor to perform track maintenance in the area. The closure is expected to last until 4:30 PM.
