05/13/2024 Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of E. 12th St to check on a couple of individuals who the business did not want on their property. One of the individuals was found to have five active warrants for his arrest. Officer searched him and found drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine. Paperwork was sent to the Barton County Prosecuting Attorney for consideration of charges.

05/13/2024 Officer was dispatched to the 800 block of W. 12th St. for a past tense theft. Investigation continues. Business requested that suspect be trespassed.

05/14/2024 Officer was contacted in reference to an ex-parte violation in the 500 block of Truman. One person was taken into custody and transported to the Barton County Jail.

05/15/2024 Officer was dispatched to the 1100 block of E 9th St in reference to a domestic assault. Suspect was gone on arrival of the officer.

05/15/2024 Officer conducted a vehicle stop after observing a vehicle make a left hand turn without displaying a turn signal. The vehicle was searched and drug paraphernalia was found. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Barton County Jail for no proof of insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Driver was issued three summonses; one for failure to use a turn signal, one for no insurance and one for drug paraphernalia. She was booked and released.








05/16/2024 Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Gulf in reference to a disturbance and theft. Investigation continues.

05/17/2024 Officer went to Walmart to take a past tense theft report. Investigation continues.
