Newton County Sheriff's Office promotes Jerry Hornback to captain

Sheriff Chris Jennings is excited to announce the promotion of Detective Jerry Hornback to Captain.

Captain Hornback will be over the Corrections Division. Captain Hornback has been with Newton County since 2005.
