Two Joplin residents were injured in a two-vehicle collision 8:15 a.m. today on MO 43 one mile south of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2008 Chevrolet Impala driven by Clifford R. Trewin, 94, Joplin, failed to yield and turned into the path of a 2013 Ford F150 driven by Mark Rich, 68, Grove, Oklahoma.
Trewin and a passenger in his vehicle, Charles F. Wilkins, 78, Joplin, were treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
