Four people were injured in a two-vehicle accident 1:25 p.m. Wednesday on MO 59, one mile north of Goodman.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2022 Subaru Outback driven by Brian L. McReynolds, 63, Goodman, was stopped in the roadway to avoid an animal and was struck in the rear by a 2013 Toyota Prius driven by Mailia J. Hendricks, 23, Neosho.
Hendricks was treated for minor injuries at Freeman Neosho.
McReynolds and two passengers in his vehicle, Tina McReynolds, 59, Goodman and Shelby Baker, 83, no address listed, were treated for minor injuries at Mercy Joplin.
