A Webb City teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident 8:30 a.m. today on County Road 218B, three miles south of Hermitage.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2020 Yamaha 4-Wheeler driven by a 16-year-old Webb City boy ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a ditch ejecting the boy.
The boy was airlifted to Cox South Hospital, Springfield, with serious injuries.
