05/06/2024 Officers were dispatched to assist City Water Department employee in the 1700 block of Gulf St. One person was cited for tampering with utilities.
05/06/2024 Officer contacted an employee with Parks and Recreation regarding property damage to Shelter 4. Investigation continues.
05/08/2024 Officer observed a vehicle on East 12th St that didn’t have front license plate properly displayed and not completely readable. Driver was issued summons for no driver’s license and no insurance.
05/07/2024 Officer made contact with resident in the 600 block of Poplar St. regarding a property damage case. Investigation continues.
05/08/2024 Officer investigated a report of a past tense motor vehicle accident at Walmart regarding a parked semi-truck & trailer. Investigation continues.
5/9/2024 Officer took a report of a past tense theft from Lamar City Lake. Investigation continues.
05/09/2024 Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Lexington for a report of a domestic assault in progress. One person was arrested and transported to the Barton County Jail for an outstanding warrant. The other person was arrested for Assault Domestic 3rd Degree and transported to the Barton County Jail.
05/10/2024 Officer was dispatched to the 1100 block of Hagny for the report of property damage. Investigation continues.
05/11/2024 Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Oak St regarding a disturbance. One person was arrested for Domestic Assault and transported to the Barton County Jail.
05/12/2023 Officer was asked to tell two people, who were going through a dumpster in the 400 block of E 12th St, to leave the property. One person was found to have 5 active warrants. He was also carrying drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Barton County Jail.
