(From the City of Neosho)Thanks to a $44,757 Non-Playground Scrap Tire Material Grant from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, our Parks and Recreation Department was able to add new picnic tables and benches in five Neosho parks!
• Morse Park received 12 picnic tables and 11 park benches
• Big Spring Park received 8 picnic tables, 10 benches
• Scenic Park received four 4 picnic tables and 5 benches
• Hawthorne Park received 6 picnic tables
• Crystal Springs Park received 1 picnic table
Whether you're planning a picnic, taking a break on a walk, or just enjoying the fresh air, these new additions make our parks even better for the community!
