Two people were injured in a one-vehicle accident 7:28 a.m. today on Allison Road five miles east of Anderson.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 21-year-old Carl Junction man and an 18-year-old Neosho woman were riding on top of a 2003 GMC Yukon driven by an 18-year-old Goodman man and fell off.
The Neosho man was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Springfield
The Carl Junction woman sought her own treatment for minor injuries, according to the report.
