Crowder student receives national accounting scholarship

Neosho, MO – Crowder College Business Administration student Alec Fehring has been awarded a national accounting scholarship from the Teachers of Accounting at Two Year Colleges. Fehring is the first Crowder College student to earn this scholarship.

Fehring was nominated by his accounting instructor, Carolyn Strauch. In her comments, Strauch was complimentary of his hard work and leadership responsibilities as Vice President of Phi Theta Kappa and a member of Phi Beta Lambda.

Fehring plans to pursue a Bachelor degree in Accounting and a minor in German.
