1. Council Bill 17-20- An Ordinance of the City of Carthage, Missouri, amending assorted sections of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Carthage, Missouri pursuant to a Senate Bill 491 Review (Public Safety)

1. Public Hearing- Annexation certain property located at all of Lots numbered eleven (11) and twelve (12) in South Side Addition, in the City of Carthage, Jasper County, Missouri, located on the north 100 acres of the northwest quarter (NW1/4) of section 16, township 28, range 31, according to the recorded plat thereof, commonly known as 816 West Fairview Avenue, Carthage, MO, from District "A" First Dwelling to District "E" General Business as requested by Benjamin Weaver.
2. Council Bill 17-21- An Ordinance adopting the Annual Operating and Capital Budget of the City of Carthage for the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 (Budget Ways and Means Committee)
3. Council Bill 17-22- An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract between the City of Carthage and the Carthage Chamber of Commerce for services in the amount of $111,720.00 (Budget Ways and Means Committee).
4. Council Bill 17-23- An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract between the City of Carthage and the Carthage Convention and Visitors Bureau for services in the amount of $150,000.00 (Budget Ways & Means Committee)

Council Bill 17-31- An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute a Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission Signing Installed and Maintained by the Applicant Agreement between the City of Carthage, Missouri and the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission allowing the City to install and maintain certain signs in Jasper County, Missouri in the general vicinity of the city limits on MO 96 and MO 66.
13. Council Bill 17-32- An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to extend the current contract for a duration of two years with Anderson Engineering, Inc. for engineering services in the City of Carthage, Jasper County, Missouri (Public Works Committee).
