A Neosho man was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 4:30 p.m. Thursday on McClelland Boulevard, east of Coyote Road, near Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Chrysler Sebring driven by Charley D. Baxter, 29, Neosho, ran off the west side of the roadway, overturned and came to rest on its top.
Baxter was treated for moderate injuries and a passenger, Cecily Stanek, 24, Joplin, for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
