Seneca residents injured in three-vehicle crash, Joplin, Neosho drivers escape injury

Two Seneca residents were injured in a three-vehicle accident 6:40 a.m. today on Highway C and Dutch Elm.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1999 Chevy Blazer driven by Johnny L. Estes, 18, Joplin, entered the intersection and collided with a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Gregory A. Rowland, 45, Seneca. The Estes vehicle overturned and struck a 1993 Ford F150 driven by Joseph E. Bevis, 55, Neosho.

Rowland and a passenger in the Estes vehicle, Roselene K. Bird, 18, Seneca, were treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin, and Freeman West Hospital, Joplin, respectively.
