Detective Holt recieved the award for several child abuse related cases that he was involved in. While we can't go into the details now since they are open cases, we can say that he investigated a case that resulted in charges for a 1st Degree Child Molestation charge. He also investigated another case that resulted in 2 counts of child abuse and neglect with a $500,000 cash bond being filed. Finally, as a member of the US Marshal's Task Force, he was tasked with locating a man who was wanted on a Newton County warrant for Statuatory Sodomy in the 1st degree against a 4 year old child. Holt was able to determine the suspect was in Suprise, Arizona and gave agents there the information needed to complete the arrest.
