Woman arrested at traffic stop has meth in her bra, cocaine in her vehicle

(From the Joplin Police Department)

Incident Spotlight

Last night at 11:23 p.m. one of our officers stopped a vehicle at 32nd and Indiana for no plates. The vehicle took three blocks to come to a stop and the passenger was reaching into her shirt.

That female passenger was arrested for a Jasper County felony possession warrant. She also had a bag of meth in her bra along with three pipes used to smoke crack cocaine.

While the officer was searching her at the back of the police car, she lunged and knocked the pipes off the trunk of the car and attempted to grab the bag of meth.

A police K9 found cocaine in the vehicle as well. She was arrested for the felony drug charges on top of her warrant.
