So you want to be a Granby police officer

The Granby (MO) Police Department is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Police Officer.

Applicants need to be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license and be Missouri POST certified either through attending a Missouri Law Enforcement Academy or by transferring a similar license from a state which Missouri POST recognizes.

Law Enforcement experience preferred but not required. 








The position for a full-time, non-probationary officer offers a salary of $30,000/year (approximately $14.42/hr), plus full City-paid health, dental and vision insurance for the employee, vacation, and enrollment into the Missouri LAGERS retirement system. Salary plus benefits package is equivalent to approximately $37,280 to $39,360 a year.
