Jasper Police arrest crossdressing man in cemetery on meth, marijuana charges

On Tuesday, September 18th, 2019 at around 1100 hours, Jasper PD was requested by Jasper County Sheriff’s Officer to respond to Paradise Cemetery located at Baseline Rd. and CR 138, in reference to a suspicious person at the cemetery.

Upon arrival, Jasper PD officer found a what appeared to be a male dressed as a female near a vehicle.

After the officer suspected the subject to be under the influence of drugs, Jasper County SO K-9 unit arrived on scene. 








The K9 gave a positive alert to narcotics being present in the vehicle. alerted to the fact there were narcotics in the vehicle that the vehicle would be searched. A deputy questioned the male subject further, where he admitted he had marijuana inside the vehicle.

A search of the vehicle turned up a small glass bottle containing suspected ecstasy, methamphetamine and marijuana.

The male subject was arrested and transported to JCSO jail.

JCSO sent charges for possession of controlled substance.
