According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2010 Freightliner box truck driven by Edward E. Ingram, 38, Linn Valley, Kansas, ran off the roadway and overturned onto its side.
A passenger, Dean B. Kaster, 61, Kansas City, Kansas, was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
