According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1996 Ford L9000 dump truck driven by William R. Spencer, 33, Marshfield, failed to yield to a 1997 Toyota Avalon driven by Kayla M. Myers, 26, Joplin, at a private intersection.
Myers and a passenger, Mason D. Dardenne, 18, Carterville, were treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
