According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Volkswagen Jetta driven by Sarah K. Moore, 20, Carthage, failed to yield to a 2016 Chevrolet Cruize driven by Teresa L. McGuirk, 30, Carthage, and was struck by the McGuirk vehicle.
McGuirk was treated for minor injuries at Mercy McCune-Brooks Hospital, Carthage.
