Our introduction Tuesday this week is K9 Officer Brett Davis & K9 Bolt. Officer Davis has been with JPD since 2011 and served three years with the Jasper County Sheriffs Office before joining JPD. When asked what he wants the public to know about his job Officer Davis responded with saying
“I love my job as a K9 handler and love being able to interact with the citizens of Joplin. My goal is to have a positive impact on everyone I encounter.”
In his off time Officer Davis enjoys golfing, OU Football, and spending time with his family.
K9 Bolt is from Slovakia and when asked what he loves about his job responded with “bark”.
