According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2010 Ford Fusion driven by Zoar S. Lozano, 19, Liberal, failed to stop at a stop sign and drove into the path of a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder driven by Tyler J. Stark, 27, Carl Junction.
Lozano and a passenger in her vehicle, Marlin G. Lozano, 39, Liberal, were treated for minor and moderate injuries, respectively, at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
