Reeds woman, Florida residents injured in two-vehicle accident on 66 near Duenweg

Three people were injured in a two-vehicle collision 3:40 p.m. Monday on MO 66, 300 feet east of Duenweg.

According to the Highway Patrol report, 2016 Kia Sorento driven by Sarah J. Hight, 55, Reeds, struck the rear of a 2019 Kia Sorento driven by Cynthia G. Clary, 66, Crystal River, Florida.







After the impact, the Hight vehicle slid off the roadway and hit a chain link fence.

Hight and Clary were treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin. A passenger in the Clary vehicle, Michael S. Clary, 69, Crystal River, was treated for minor injuries at Mercy.
