According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Honda C-RV driven by Michael W. Marchbanks, 33, Stella, crossed the center line and struck a 2002 Ford pickup driven by Candy S. Williams, 43, Springdale, Arkansas, which hit a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Timothy J. Spencer, 38, Anderson.
A passenger in the Spencer vehicle, an 11-year-old girl, was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
