Carthage Fire Department mourns passing of Donavan Whitman

We are sad to announce that retired Battalion Chief, Donavan Whitman, passed away early this morning.
Chief Whitman proudly served the community for 35 years.
He will be missed by many throughout the community. Please keep your thoughts and prayers with the family in this difficult time.
