According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2000 Toyota Avalon driven by Emma E. Bollinger, 17, Carthage, hydroplaned, went off the right side of the roadway, struck the ditch and came to rest in a field.
Bollinger was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
