1/8/2020 Tyler J Samples 28 of Springdale, AR was arrested for Driving While Suspended, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
1/9/2020 John M Berryman 43 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Fugitive from Justice.
1/8/2020 Matthew A Fisher 37 of Southwest City, MO was arrested for Tampering 1st Degree.
1/12/2020 Yalex G Rodas-Rodas 31 of Carthage, MO was arrested for Resisting a Lawful Detention or Arrest, Operating Motor Vehicle Without Valid License and Operating Vehicle with No Headlights When Required.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
