According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2009 Chevrolet Trailblazer driven by Christopher L. Potts, 29, Neosho, traveled off the right side of the road, overcorrected, then traveled off the left side of the road and struck a tree.
Potts was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
