Seneca Police Department arrests driver on McDonald County DWI warrant, numerous other offenders

On 3/7/20, Officer Zimmerman made a traffic stop at Washington/Mineral for an equipment violation.

The driver, Justin Hatfield had a McDonald County Warrant for: Careless and Imprudent Driving Involving an Accident/DWI-Alcohol. Hatfield was arrested for his warrant and transported to Newton County Jail.

On 3/4/20, Officer Kirby was dispatched to an address in reference to a domestic situation.

The female, Betty Robinson had a warrant out of Grayson County, TX for: FTA Possession of Controlled Substance. Robinson was arrested and transported to Newton County Jail.

On 3/2/20, Officer Zimmerman made a traffic stop at Cherokee/Ottawa for an equipment violation.

The driver was charged for: DWR, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Obstructing Police and Giving False Information to Police. The driver was arrested and transported to Newton County Jail.

On 2/29/20, Officer Housley made a traffic stop at Hwy 43/Hwy U for an equipment violation.

The driver, David Hardman was DWS out of Alabama. Hardman also had a warrant out of Aurora for Domestic Violence. Hardman was arrested and transported to Newton County Jail.

On 2/29/20, Officer Housley made a traffic stop at Cherokee/Wyandotte for a moving violation. The driver, Joseph Stepp was arrested on a McDonald County warrant for: Fail to Yield and was transported to Newton County Jail.

On 2/21/20, Officer Kirby made a traffic stop at Cherokee/Oneida for an equipment violation. The driver was arrested for: DWR and cited for: No Insurance and Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle. The driver was transported to Newton County Jail.
