The Joplin Police Department is seeking the arrest of Kelsey M. Sifferman, 28 years old, described as 5'05" and 190 pounds.
Sifferman has felony warrants from area agencies and we have not been able to locate her.
We are asking for assistance from anyone who knows her location.
