MSSU Board of Governors to hold closed session for personnel purposes April 30

The Board of Governors at Missouri Southern State University will meet via Zoom at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 30.

An agenda for the meeting is included in the attached meeting packet.

The board will meet in closed session at the conclusion of the meeting. It is closed under:

RSMo 610.021 (3) relating to “hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of particular employees by a public governmental body when personal information about the employee is discussed or recorded”

In addition to the board meeting, the Personnel/Compensation Committee will meet in closed session at 8:30 a.m. The Academic Affairs Committee will meet at 10 a.m., as will the Budget Audit Committee.






KGCS – the campus television station – will record the meeting to broadcast at 7 p.m. Thursday and again at 7 p.m. Sunday, May 3. KGCS programming can be seen on channel 21, and is available on regional cable television systems such as Sparklight, Mediacom and Suddenlink Communications.
