* At 609 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Quapaw, or 7
  miles south of Baxter Springs, moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
