Pittsburg State to hold town hall meeting on recovery from COVID-19 and reopening of local economy

While we move together through this unprecedented time, we recognize the uncertainty facing the area business community. 

As we shift toward recovery and a safe reopening of the local economy, now more than ever, information sharing is essential. 

To help facilitate this vital conversation with the business community, Pittsburg State University will host a live town hall meeting featuring Rebecca Adamson, Crawford County Health Officer and Health Department Director Crawford County Health Department on KRPS on Thursday, April 30 at 11:00 a.m.

During the town hall, Dr. Shawn Naccarato, Chief Strategy Officer at Pittsburg State University, will lead a discussion with Rebecca Adamson to provide updates, discuss the many and varied factors influencing county decision-making, and provide information on Crawford County plans for a safe reopening of our economy.

Rebecca Adamson will be taking questions from the local business community. We encourage you to submit questions in advance, though you can also submit questions live during the town hall. Either way, send questions to block22@pittstate.edu and we'll get to as many as we can during the broadcast.
