According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2016 Dodge Charger driven by Adan Reveles, 23, Seneca, ran off the roadway while attempting to avoid a collision with a vehicle that was preparing to make a left turn.
Reveles was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
