According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1986 Ford F-150 pickup driven by Sarah E. Phillips, 17, Goodman, drove off the right side of the roadway and struck a driveway.
A passenger, the 16-year-old was treated for minor injuries at Freeman Neosho.

Neosho teen injured in one-vehicle accident
