This week’s Officer Spotlight is Police Officer Logan Bowline.
Officer Bowline has been a Joplin Police Officer for three years. Before joining the Joplin Police Department Officer Bowline served as a Jailer for the city of Joplin for two years.
Officer Bowline is currently assigned to the Uniform Operations Bureau to the Evening Shift team. Since joining the Joplin Police Department Officer Bowline has served as a Patrol Officer, FTO, and SWAT member.
When asked what he wanted the community to know about his job Officer Bowline stated “Having a strong Police presence in my family made being a Police Officer a goal of mine for most of my life. I take great pride in carrying on this tradition while getting to serve my community with the men and woman of the Joplin Police Department.”
