According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt driven by Zaine U. Holley, 21, Pea Ridge, ran off the left side of the road and struck a concrete median.
Holley was treated for minor injuries at Mana Health Clinic, Rogers, Arkansas.

Pea Ridge man injured in one-vehicle accident on 71
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt driven by Zaine U. Holley, 21, Pea Ridge, ran off the left side of the road and struck a concrete median.
