Three Webb City residents, including 2-year-old, Anderson woman seriously injured in 4-vehicle chain reaction crash

Six people were injured in a four-vehicle accident 1:15 p.m. today on U. S. 71 at Pineville.

According to the Highway Patrol report, Peter Khadafy, 30, Webb City, lost control of a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro and was struck by a 2015 Dodge Charger driven by Bruce J. Alucard, 24, Noel, and by a 2007 Mazda CX7 driven by Kimberly S. Lucas, 37, Pineville.

The Lucas vehicle was then hit by a 2020 Peterbilt driven by Steven L. Fryar, 58, Thomasville, North Carolina.







Khadafy and two passengers in his vehicle, Merlean D. Kephas, 33, and a two-year-old girl were taken to Northwest Medical Center, Bentonville, Arkansas, to be treated for serious injuries.

A passenger in the Alucard vehicle, Leslie M. Creason, 26, Anderson, was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Hospital, Rogers, Arkansas.

Alucard and Lucas sought their own treatment for minor injuries, according to the report.
