A Neosho woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 2:30 p.m. Sunday on Newton Road, one mile south of Fidelity.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a westbound 2015 Ford Edge driven by Hailey J. Hoover, 24, Neosho, began to slide, traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a mailbox, traveled into the ditch, crossed the roadway, struck a fence post and came to rest on the other side of the roadway facing west.
Hoover was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
