Three Neosho residents injured in head-on collision on 175

Three Neosho residents were injured in a two-vehicle collision 9:50 p.m. Wednesday on MO 175 three miles north of Neosho.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2009 Mazda Tribute driven by Joshua M. Patterson, 23, Neosho, and a 2007 Toyota Yaris driven by Luvia A. Guerra, 29, Neosho, struck head on.

Guerra was treated for serious injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.

Patterson and a passenger in his vehicle, Bryan H. Smith, 23 Neosho, were treated for minor and moderate injuries, respectively, at Mercy Joplin.
