Cardinals Caravan returning to MSSU; Pallante, Liberatore scheduled to appear

Cardinals baseball fans will get the chance to meet players and get autographs Saturday, January 18 when the Cardinals Caravan comes to the Missouri Southern State University campus. The free event begins at 11:30 a.m. in the Taylor Performing Arts Center.
 
The free event includes a question-and-answer session with players Andre Pallante, Matthew Liberatore, Riley O’Brien and Matt Koperniak as well as announcer Bengie Molina and Cardinals alum Kyle McClellan. The Q and A will be conducted by Cardinals Caravan emcee Tom Ackerman.







Players will then give autographs to the first 400 kids ages 15 and under. Line tickets will be available at the front lobby of Taylor Performing Arts Center the morning of the event. Doors will open at 10:00 a.m. Guests will also receive a free gift from Cardinals Caravan sponsor Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance.

The United Way of Southwest Missouri and Southeast Kansas will accept donations for raffle tickets for a chance at Cardinals gift packages and memorabilia. Raffle tickets will be available in the TPAC lobby throughout the event. Winners will be announced during the autograph session.








Parking is available in the MSSU lots at the football field on Duquesne Road, behind Webster Hall near the Bud Walton Black Box theatre, behind Leggett and Platt gymnasium and limited spots in the main lot on Newman Road with a golf cart shuttle offering assistance.

KGCS-TV will record the Cardinals Caravan presentation for playback at a later date. Cardinals Caravan is proudly sponsored by Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance, KGCS-TV and Zimmer Radio Group.
