...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 6 PM
CST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and
  6 inches.

* WHERE...In Kansas, Cherokee County. In Missouri, Dent, Texas,
  Greene, Jasper, Lawrence, Newton, Webster, and Wright Counties.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 6 PM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. In Kansas, call 5 1 1 for road
conditions.  In Missouri, call 1-888-275-6636 for road conditions.
