11/7/2014 @ 1:30 pm, Harvell Hunter, 42 of Carthage, was arrested for Receiving Stolen Property,
Forgery, and Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Device.

11/7/2014 @ 5:35 pm, Travis W. Black, 30 of Commerce, OK, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

11/7/2014 @ 8:10 pm, Yanez A. Lopez, 32 of Joplin, was arrested for Operating a Vehicle without a Valid License.

11/7/2014 @ 10:10 pm, Alexandra K. Benitez, 24 of Joplin, was arrested for Domestic 3rd

11/9/2014 @ 3:40 pm, Jose Barajas, 42 of Joplin, was arrested for Driving While Revoked.

11/10/2014 @ 12:25 AM, Mark D. Enslow, 30 of Springfield, was arrested for Distribution of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
