11/5/2014 @ 6:10 pm, Sergio Tevalan, 30 of Joplin, was arrested for DWI.
11/5/2014 @ 7:50 pm, Douglas P. Schnelle, 57 of Carthage, was arrested for Assault 2nd x 3 and
Endangering the Welfare of a Child x 2.
11/6/2014 @ 12:40 am, Christian J. Kirk, 20 of Carthage, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of thecharges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
